Deposit Due Today: ( sent separately )

Your deposit is applied toward your total investment and allows me to order hair specifically for you. Because hair is custom ordered for your appointment, deposits are non-refundable once your hair order has been placed.

2. Maintenance & Future Costs

Extensions are an ongoing investment and maintenance will vary depending on your method, natural hair, and lifestyle.

K-Tips: Typically worn for approximately 3–4 months before removal/reinstallation. Re-tipping/rebonding and replacement hair, when needed, are additional.

Wefts: Move-ups are typically needed every 6–9 weeks. Pricing varies based on the number of rows and maintenance required.

Color: Roots, glosses, highlights, and other color services are priced separately unless included in your quote.

I’ll always recommend maintenance based on what I believe is best for your hair and your specific installation.

3. My Commitment to You

I’m committed to installing your extensions safely and professionally, creating the best possible match for your natural texture, color, and density, providing clear aftercare instructions, and making sure your extensions are comfortable, secure, and beautifully blended.

If an issue occurs as a direct result of my installation or technique, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to assess and correct it.

4. Your Hair + Home Care

Extension longevity varies from person to person. Following your aftercare instructions is essential for protecting both your extensions and natural hair.

I cannot be responsible for damage, excessive shedding, tangling, matting, slippage, or changes caused by improper home care, excessive heat, product misuse, swimming, sweat/environmental exposure, services performed elsewhere, or changes to the natural hair outside of my control.

Normal shedding of your natural hair will remain inside an extension bond until removal and is an expected part of wearing extensions.

5. Hair Expectations

Extension hair is a beauty product and will naturally experience wear over time. Longevity varies depending on texture, processing, lifestyle, products, heat use, home care, and how frequently the hair is worn.

When reusable hair is selected, reuse is not guaranteed for a specific number of installations. I will assess the condition of the hair before each reinstallation and let you know whether I recommend reusing or replacing it.

Texture and color are matched as closely as possible, but because both natural hair and extension hair can vary, an absolutely identical match cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Appointment Changes

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your hair is ordered based on our agreed-upon plan.

If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Major changes to your desired length, color, texture, method, or amount of hair after your order has been placed may require additional hair and additional charges.

Your original deposit remains non-refundable once hair has been ordered.
